Project idea

The goal of the project is to create a modern, comfortable and environmentally sustainable living environment in the city of Tomsk, which will ensure a high quality of life for residents, create a cozy space for living, relaxing and socializing.

Project description

The residential complex is located in a Siberian city, nearby the river. It is quite far from the city center, so it was necessary to create all the conditions for a comfortable life for residents. To provide people not only with housing, but also with spaces for recreation.
For this purpose, it was decided to allocate a large private space in the center of the residential complex. It includes 2 stadiums, basketball and volleyball courts, large park areas and areas for children's playgrounds.
This arrangement of houses protects the recreational area from winds from the river, and the low height of the buildings does not shade the territory.
