This project was not just a study for us - it turned into a creative and soulful process that united us as a team. We dreamed of creating a place where nature and man exist in harmony. We tried to take everything into account: the natural landscape, access to resources, environmental aspects.
The project of the village, located on the territory of 177 hectares, between the village of Kislovka and the village of Chernaya Rechka, Tomsk region, was developed with an emphasis on eco-diversity of architectural solutions, convenience and comfort of the urban environment.
Particular attention is paid to environmentally friendly construction technologies and infrastructure that minimize the impact on the environment. The village provides for a farm, which will allow residents to provide themselves with environmentally friendly products.
The village includes three types of residential development: manor, block and sectional, which provides built-in retail space, a medical center and hairdressers on the ground floors, which allows residents to meet their daily needs within walking distance.
The project is focused on creating a comfortable, functional and environmentally sustainable living environment, where each resident will find the necessary conditions for life, work and rest.
We thought about people: how they will meet the dawn in the park by the river, walk along the large pedestrian boulevard and organize holidays and fairs on the central square. Of course, the path was not easy. We spent hours arguing about details, studying examples, drawing, reworking and looking for the best solution again. But it made us stronger. We learned to listen to each other, to look wider, to think deeper.
