The 600-bed hotel project, located at the intersection of Krasnoarmeyskaya and Sibirskaya Streets in Tomsk, is a modern and functional building that meets all the requirements of comfort and convenience for guests. The convenient location near public transport stops and the historical part of the city allows tourists to easily reach the main attractions and enjoy the atmosphere of ancient Tomsk. The architectural solution of the hotel is made in the form of a cube with a cut-out interior, which creates a unique visual effect and ensures the dynamism of the facades. The glass elements of the interior of the building give the hotel a special charm, especially at night, when the building glows, attracting the attention of passers-by.

Project description

On the ground floor of the hotel there is a lobby, a restaurant, a 25-meter swimming pool, a gym, spa rooms and a sauna, as well as technical rooms and unloading areas. Guests can enjoy eating outdoors by leaving the restaurant into the courtyard, which, thanks to a thoughtful architectural and planning solution, creates a secluded and cozy space for relaxation.
The second floor of the hotel is designed to serve guests and includes facilities such as a conference room, a business center, meeting rooms, a fitness room and a laundry room. The third floor is completely devoted to technical facilities, which ensures the smooth operation of all hotel systems. The hotel rooms start from the fourth floor and are presented in various categories: standard, comfort and luxury, and the luxury rooms are two-story. This variety allows you to meet the needs of different categories of guests, providing comfortable accommodation for 600 people. The hotel project is aimed at creating a modern, comfortable and environmentally friendly space that will become not only a place to stay, but also a center of attraction for residents and visitors of the city.

Technical information

The structural scheme of the building is a frame one. The columns are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The exterior facades are lined with sandwich panels, which provides not only aesthetic appeal, but also high thermal insulation characteristics.
