The aim of the project was to design habitats/ living environments that take into consideration both social needs and human desires as well as political, economic and environmental issues. This includes an extensive study on the dual conditions and outcomes of cities which attract people, knowledge, development and opportunities. Thus, it goes forward exploring the complex paradox of any city with the array of transformations of the area in terms of infrastructure , transportation and public spaces.
This project is mainly classified into two parts. Public vs private. It is designed to bring the public and private together yet create an invisible line to draw the partition. The Lower two floors and sunken plaza are open for the public uses. The residential floors resides on the upper floors stays as a separation. This group enjoys the benefits of the public functions such as multipurpose hall, mosque, retail stores, gym, salon, library, yoga center, indoor games, day care, cafe, restaurant etc. within their own habitats. On the other hand, this private group also gives the opportunity to the public users to get all these amenities into one space within their own neighborhood. Thus, it benefits the whole neighborhood.
The building is mainly made of brick and concrete.
