Interior of the cafe at Vselensky temple, Russian Federation, Kazan

Kristina Stepanova

Project idea

The cafe is located near the Vselensky Temple in the city of Kazan. The interior concept is designed to support the trend for bright and bold colors in the exterior and interior of the temple itself. In addition, the cafe is located on a large relief difference of almost 5 meters and has a round shape as unusual as the temple itself. Due to the round shape, almost all the furniture in the project is made according to an individual project - wall mosaics, sofas, shelves.

Project description

In this project, the main hall of the cafe was developed together with the adjacent terrace. In the center of the room there is a skylight. Ceiling glazing is designed to add more light to the space. On the sides of the room there are custom-made sofas, as well as shelves that help to create zoning between the tables. In the center there is also an installation of glass rain, which is attached to the ceiling

Technical information

The entire interior is made using natural materials - concrete, wood, stone, and glass
