Project idea

Program: Rooftop Design Competition: A Novel Perspective on Rooftop Utilization in Office Buildings.

In response to contemporary societal needs for tranquil spaces, devoid of noise and distraction, we have endeavored to integrate three fundamental elements - the sky, the earth, and the human being - into a harmonious triad. Our objective is to create a sanctuary that liberates individuals from the confines of their physical existence and daily routines, thereby enabling a metaphorical journey amongst the stars, closer to their intrinsic nature. This endeavor seeks to redefine the conventional understanding of rooftop functions within the context of office buildings.

Project description

Our vision extends beyond the mere construction of a building or a green space. We aim to lay a foundation, a foundation sculpted by dynamic minds and hands steeped in artistry. This foundation will give birth to a dream space, establishing an ethereal connection between the celestial realm and the human life burdened with worries.
Furthermore, we have chosen to delve deeper into the concept of the rooftop, often referred to as the fifth facade of a building. From the heart of the compass divisions, we draw lines that point towards this existence and its dominance over the sky.
Drawing inspiration from the terraced structure of the ziggurat and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, we have conceived a design that prepares the user to inhabit a space that stands apart from conventional everyday environments.
