Government office buildings are often than not looked at as spaces that people fear given the longevity of civil works. It can be a strenuous spaces therefore understanding the user groups state of mind & the problems faced can be solve using good design. Building with nature connection act as a great place for the congregation & bring a community together.

Project description

The purpose of the project is to built a work space for the employee of Rajshahi Water Supply & Sewerage Authority. A office is needed for this section of department . A smart building is demand of this project, which represents the Water Supply System. Functions are one of the major elements of this building, so it is required to design the buildings space with sensitive aspects.

Technical information

This new office building idea draws inspiration from the Mediterranean climate and local lifestyles so as to set the tone for a new quality of life at work. The office becomes a meeting place, a forum with a collegial atmosphere; it lends itself to more collaborative ways of working.
