Project idea

The Project was born with the idea of ​​how the body itself regulates itself through our cells, that is, we have an immune system that fights cancer (white blood cells), in addition to other cells that allow the health of the well-oxygenated body (red blood cells). ) In view of this, three premises are projected: first, medical care, additional services and accommodation, the latter of higher hierarchy, which is reflected in a volume that ascends in search of infinity.

Project description

Three spatial volumes contain: health services area for outpatient medical care, clinical laboratory area, health administration area, dining services area and finally the central hierarchical volume of the project, which will serve as accommodation for boys and girls. with their representatives, where they consist of spaces for two comfortable people with the concept of life, a space with controlled natural light with windows protected with a skin that extends to the sky as if ascending to infinity in search of a good quality of life.

Technical information

For the construction system, conventional reinforced concrete was chosen, combining materials such as glass and steel, in addition to colored concrete to guarantee the playful aspect for children. Optima TFC panels are also used and are designed to integrate perfectly with all other elements of the building's façade, such as windows, doors and shutters with the fixings used in the systems being made of stainless steel.
