Project idea

The Lome Beach PLAZA project is a leisure, relaxation and commercial space designed on sea water. In Togo, we don't dare to venture into designs on the water, which makes this project much more innovative. With the costal erosion our seafront is subject to, and a progressively larger water surface area we need to think about the prospects of building on water and adapt.

Not only will this project enhance the touristic landscape in Togo, but also will it enable the population of Lome to do business, to entertain, which contributes to job creation and people's wellbeing.
