Project idea

The main idea is to “keep the social characters" in high-rise building
To provide spaces for people that make them comfort and enhance their living in high _rise building such as ,people like to see their neighbour, to gather and have open spaces, with keeping their privacy
The idea applied on the two interconnected towers that based on podium .

Project description

The project is mixed use consist of commercial, office and apartment ,the project divided into two towers , office and residential, to avoid crowd and its safer while disaster both towers up based on podium which provided for commercial and retail also in this project many public spaces provided .

Technical information

-The project has main entrance for commercial spaces and has two entrances that lead to the core of each tower which consist of passenger ,service lifts and shuttle lifts for the public spaces.
-the structure is post beam system
-three bridging sky gardens link the two towers and create interconnected path and terraces in the air, which makes all amenities accessible to both towers
