Project description

The main entrance comes for multiple uses, the commercial area is close to a lively street, the shops have access on the main street, and it comes with an internal garden, two exits, an exit to the sea, and another exit to the gardens and to the street. I used more than stairs and bathrooms due to the large area of the building. There are 2 restaurants and a playground, where there is a private entrance to the apartments in the tower. Complete privacy, a private lobby, a staircase, and a private elevator that separates from the public building completely with a wall, and this is the challenge of the project. There is a canopy used to define the entrance in the large building. As for the buildings that appear small, they are a building for Covid patients for isolation, and another building for a hospital, where the building includes the tower, a garden in the upper half, and includes a green garden. The hospital has clinics, exam room, pharmacy and emergency check. The first floor includes a café, shops and green gardens, and this makes the building sustainable
high rise is 21 floors
