Project idea
The goal was a design of comfortable family house for up to 6 people with private garden and functional modern space, with touch of traditional materials inside the house.
Project description
The house is divided into two floors. First floor contains entrance, utility room in the first part, then in the middle comes the communication part with staircase and extra toilet for guests and from the hall we can go to the spatial living space with kitchen, dining table and "living room" part. Second floor has function of private space for the family with two rooms for children, bedroom for parent, bathroom and roofed exterior terrace.
Technical information
The construction of the building is made from heat-insulating brick blocks Porotherm in the combination with reinforced concrete ceiling slab. The house is roofed by a flat roof.
