Project idea

For this final project, we had the opportunity to design a commercial retail store, namely a
department store located in the city of Mojokerto, named Rosa Fashion Department Store.
Selling various men's, women's and children's fashion products for the lower middle class in
Mojokerto and its surroundings. From the problems found, the department store design is
expected not only to provide facilities for direct shopping, but also as a means of recreation that
can influence customer behavior to achieve positive well-being and can also increase customer
buying behavior. . Therefore, the behavioral architecture approach is used because
consideration of user behavior is needed to support the creation of these goals. For the concept,
we created a “brick and mortar” shop. Even though today most people tend to shop online, in its
development retail stores with brick and mortar concepts are still needed to complement the
growing online stores. Therefore, offline stores need to be designed to create an interesting
experience for visitors, which is certainly different from the experience they get when shopping
online. The keyword obtained is "experience" when shopping and is divided into three stages,
namely pre-purchase experience, experience during purchase, and post-purchase experience.
The experience is applied to the building atmosphere that is created from the initial entrance to
the exit with the help of a multisensory experience that can help increase their shopping value
so that the time that is activated and customer purchases increase.
Untuk tugas akhir ini, kami berkesempatan untuk merancang sebuah bangunan cafe yang
terletak di pandaan pasuruan, bernama Bro Sist Cafe. Dari permasalahan yang ditemukan,
perancangan cafe ini diharapkan tidak hanya menyediakan fasilitas hanya makan dan minum,
tetapi juga memberikan experience experience yang baru dan tidak biasa bagi pengunjung dan
pengguna cafe. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan sense of place digunakan karena ingin lebih
mengangkat lagi identitas pandaan itu sendiri, jadi ketika orang datang sudah
mempresentasikan pandaan dan memberikan hubungan rasa antara tempat dan manusia.
Untuk konsepnya, kami memakai konsep tirtha agha yang berasal dari bahasa sansekerta yaitu
air murni, konsep ini diambil dari pandaan yang terkenal dengan sumber air pegunungan dan
sumber air mineralnya. Sehingga akan memberikan pengalaman yang menarik bagi
pengunjung, yang tentunya berbeda dengan pengalaman yang didapatkan di cafe lain. Kata
kunci yang dapat diperoleh adalah “experience” saat makan dan minum, pengunjung bisa
merasakan makan sambil berenang di pool cafe, bisa menikmati alam hijau yang luas di bukit,
sampai makan di bawah air, atau di bawah skylight yang memberikan sensasi makan di bawah
air dan mendengarkan suara natural dari gemericik air yang ada di setiap area cafe. Tidak
hanya itu, cafe juga mengangkat beberapa sejarah seperti Jolotundo dan Candi jawi yang di
aplikasi kan pada Bro Sist Cafe ini agar semakin mempresentasikan pandaan dan mengangkat
iddentitas pandaan
