Project idea
Special facade using a solar panels and perforated metal panels, also private garden area in an apartment house
Project description
The idea of the project is the use of metal facade elements in combination with solar facade panels, which form both a design composition and the required railings of the large loggias of each of the 88 apartments. Thanks to the use of solar panels on the facade, we have a completely free area of the roof - it is used as a relaxation zone and something like a private garden, which is not common in apartment buildings.
Technical information
The construction of the house is made of masonry, with a combination of columns in the basement of the parking lot, and as a supporting structure of loggias
