Project idea

Our holiday villa complex, located on the stunning Adriatic coast, offers a unique opportunity for travelers to experience the best of the region's natural beauty, history, and culture. The villas come in a variety of sizes, each with 3, 4, or 5 spacious bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

Our design team has taken great care to incorporate the defining elements of the area into the design of the villas. The interplay of water, greenery, and historical architecture is brought to life by the warm and radiant sun, which is a constant presence in this region. The color palette reflects this harmonious balance, with shades of yellow, green, orange, and blue used to evoke the lush greenery, historic architecture, and shimmering sea.

The architecture of the villas is simple and timeless, with clean lines and open spaces. The focus is on providing maximum comfort and convenience to guests, with thoughtful attention paid to every detail. The timeless design will age gracefully, adapting to changing trends and tastes, ensuring that the villas remain a sought-after destination for years to come.

The short story about our inspiration

The sun, the life-giver of our planet, like a motherly heart, gently envelops plants with its rays, giving them strength and energy for life. Plants, like children, respectfully and gratefully turn to the source of light, absorbing it and turning it into their life force. The sun and plants, together they create balance and equilibrium in nature, providing life and growth for all living things.

The sun and water, two forces of nature, together create a beauty that we can hardly comprehend. The sun warms the water and creates a dance of light and shadows on the surface, while the water cools the sun and creates a mirror of its radiance.

The sun, a shining symbol of power and history, illuminates the grandeur of ancient architecture. The historical buildings, grand and majestic, stand tall as silent witnesses to the passage of time. The sun, with its warm rays, brings out the beauty and intricate details of these structures, highlighting the skill and artistry of the builders.

Project description

Our project is a part of a larger resort complex located on the picturesque coast of the Adriatic Sea in Croatia. The complex comprises villas of three types: 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom. Our team's primary focus is on the design of these houses and the surrounding land plots.

The 3-bedroom villa can comfortably house up to 6 people and features a spacious kitchen, living room, and entrance area. With a total area of 124 square meters, it provides ample space for a cozy and relaxing stay. The 4-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is spread across three levels, with comfortable household premises for convenience. The total area of the house is 139 square meters.

The 5-bedroom villa is the largest of the three, designed to accommodate up to 10 people. It features a large living room for socializing and private bedrooms for relaxation, spanning an area of 182 square meters. Each villa has a large swimming pool with two levels of depth for both adults and children. The poolside area is an ideal relaxation spot with sun loungers for guests to unwind.

The area surrounding the villas is beautifully landscaped and includes benches for outdoor relaxation. The borders of the plots are separated by trees, which create privacy without obstructing the panoramic view. Overall, the resort complex offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and privacy, promising a memorable stay for all guests.

Technical information

Our project had a key technical requirement to design a villa on piles, leading us to use the "house on piles" technology as the foundation of our project. We aimed to create a lightweight structure using environmentally friendly materials, so we chose silicate bricks for the walls. To complement the natural surroundings, we focused on using materials like stone and wood for the house facade. We also incorporated plaster coating in some areas to emphasize the color accent of our main idea. A flat, green roof is included in the project, blending the villa seamlessly into the natural environment.

Our team paid close attention to the selection of materials and the technical aspects of the design to ensure the villa would be both aesthetically pleasing and durable. The villa on piles technology offers many advantages, including protection from floods, stability on soft soil, and ease of construction. Additionally, the use of environmentally friendly materials aligns with our goal of sustainability, as we aimed to minimize the impact of the villa on the surrounding ecosystem.

Overall, the villa's design elements and materials were chosen with a focus on sustainability, durability, and aesthetics. We are confident that the result is a comfortable, environmentally friendly, and visually stunning holiday villa complex.
