Project idea

The main idea of this project is to offer mainly accommodation to tourists from all over the world in addition to finding other spaces for leisure or recreation.
The main objective is to guarantee life in the internal spaces, in a reinterpretation of the courtyard architecture.
The cloister was considered as a characteristic organization space taken as a method to approach this project, considering the water, the geometric organization system, the scale, the proportions and its life experience, from the square shape the design, evolving into a new morphological proposal, the galleries, its central water element, its gardens are also an element of the cloister.

Project description

The project includes:
60 rooms with capacity for 162 people.
Lobby / reception.
Auditorium with capacity for more than 400 people.
Agora / outdoor reading area.
Fitness facilities.
Spa area.
Terrace bar.
Commercial premises.
Central swimming pool.
Parking facilities.
Restaurant.
Gazebo.

Technical information

The structure corresponds to a system of porticos integrated into the geometric structure of the architecture, specifically, steel rods, dividing brick walls, where the following structural elements intervene: lightened, solid, ribbed slabs, columns, isolated footings, combined, non-bearing walls, continuous foundations for non-bearing walls and retaining walls when required due to differences in topographic level
