Project idea

I tried to orient the building towards the road and the sea. This created two masses that are rotated awy from each other. The ground plan of the building is designed with two intersecting rectangles. Each floor has a different plan shape, which was created by taking away from the overall mass. This creates terraces with ocean view. The facade of the building is covered with light plaster. There are French windows with glass railing, which is recessed into a thick wall.

Project description

The building contains three floors with five apartments and one underground floor. The entrance to the underground floor is located on the southeast side of the building, on the right side the slope is supported by a wall. There are 6 parking lots on the underground floor. Stairs and elevator are on the norh-west side it is inscribed on all floors. In this space we can find common storage space. The main entrance to the building is on the first floor and on the north-east side. In each apartment we can find bathroom, separated WC, hallway with storage space and common room, which contains kitchen corner, dining room and living room. Apartment N.1 contains two bedrooms for two people each. There is changing room on the left side from the entrance. Apartment N.2 is designed with two bedrooms for two people each and with one kids room. A part of the apartment is pantry, which is accessible in the kitchen corner. On the second floor is located apartment N.3 with two bedrooms. A part of the apartment is also changing room. Terrasse, which is facing the ocean, it is accessible from the lounge or the bedroom.
