Project idea

Project was inspired by karst erosion and its design is reflected in the recreation of the "cracks" created by it. The idea was to emphasize the natural beauty and shapes of the location and integrate it into this new urban structure.

Project description

The project consists of the following zones:
ZONE 1 - four storey apartment buildings;
ZONE 2 - three storey apartment buildings;
ZONE 3 - hotel and carpark;
ZONE 4 - commercial centre;
ZONE 5 - private one storey villas;
ZONE 6 - marina;
ZONE 7 - costal zone;
ZONE 8 - camp.

Main focus is on zone 6 (marina), which is further developed into zone 7 (costal zone), while the end product and extension of marina and costal zone are private villas (zone 5).

Technical information

The villas are designed as two-story, in order to raise the night area to the floor and thereby provide more privacy, which is compromised by their location. Their structure is connected to the structure of the port and is designed so that the marina can support them.
