Project idea

The area is located in Croatia. The project is about the coastal part and the place where the small marina should be located. The complex should be in the form of an accommodation resort including a marina.

Project description

The building is designed to preserve the character of the bay and at the same time offer services and quality corresponding to the most modern standards. The shape is based on two symbols, one is the immediate mountains, from which the folded shape comes in combination with the symbolism of a sailing ship. Shielding on the building is provided in two ways. The first economic advantage is a separate building, whose shape overshadows the entire restaurant. This effect is also used in housing, where the watch over the terrace also forms a barrier against direct sunlight. After that, the screening on the promenade is completed with three-pointed sails bearing the symbolism of the sails on the ship. The design of one large pavilion located in the bay offers clients secure boat parking and civic amenities in the form of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, accommodations, and toilets with showers.

Technical information

In terms of materials have used a combination of exposed concrete, wood, stone paving, and structural glazing.
