Project idea

The form that accompanies the shape of the land helps to orient the mass into a spiral. This shaping forces matter to split into individual parts. Subsequently, the divided mass grades and creates a fragmented Structure that works with views of the sea. Direct connection, height- and mass-divided masses create a number of walking areas with a view and a spatial experience. The effort to respect the shape and slope of the plot led to sensitively placing the material above the plot and thus causing a transition from the original solid soil and rocks to the proposed light one placed above the plot.

Project description

The architectural solution of the building is based on achieving a large angle of view in all apartments towards the sea. Secondary element in the concept was to connect the external main living area with the individual apartments and the main road. The characteristic design consists of steel and aluminum structures, relaxation nets as an element that combines relaxation and characterizes seaside architecture with a connection to fishing and boat nets. square and circular forms are a priority in all phases of the concept and become a characteristic element of the entire design, from exterior surfaces to perforations to designer furniture.

Technical information

Individual apartments are designed from fully prefabricated parts to speed up construction as much as possible. The apartment module is divided into individual wall or window elements, which are always inserted between the columns as a prefabricated element. The main supporting part consists of piles made of steel I structures. The roof and floor slabs are placed on I-beams. The entire structural system consists of beams anchored to the ground. The roofs of the apartments are considered flat. The subtlety of the board is ensured by the trapezoidal sheet cooling in the sandwich board.
