Project idea

The study's purpose is to uncover how hybrid space design might promote
relationships with others and the environment, making people more socially
conscious, open-minded, and comfortable with their surroundings.
Also designing to achieve 3 goals
1. Physical development
2.Coignitive development
3. Social-Emotional development

Project description

1 Physical development - Given the target for this design being the senior citizens, I aimed to produce spaces that can/will help with the general physical development of the users, spaces like work out areas, massage areas and saunas in each apartment may/will help achieve this goal.

2. Coignitive development: mental capabilities of humans tend to inevitably reduce with time and age, hence designing automated spaces and appliances to help make living and navigating the design a lot more easier.

3. Social-emotional development: although senior citizens prefer to have their privacy and lone times we all know the saying “no man is an island”. So without undermining their privacy certain spaces were created or designed in a way to give this design a social sense. Spaces such as the roof top shared pools, the pergolas, the sit out by the gardens at different levels can/will help achieve the goal which is social-emotional development.

Technical information
