Project idea

The idea of the hotel project is the influence Through the integration
of passive design principles, the use of renewable and low-impact
materials, to optimize both energy and water consumption in
climate change, also the link between local and new materials, and
the link in the used structural system such as, concrete system and
steel system

Project description

The project site is located on a different topography of the place,
and the diversity of the plant element also it is an area of attraction
for the place and visitors. The diversity of the topography was taken
advantage of, so the design retains the memory of the place and,
topography by creating or building a mixture between space and
order through the two-way grid in the form of the mass and extends
towards the ocean views to create a shaping the Movement and
Vitality of visual interaction. The stacking of building modules is
staggered to form a variety of indoor and outdoor intermediary
spaces such as an atrium, side courtyard, roof garden, and overhead
veranda. the Hotel includes:

Recycling of Rainwater harvesting
It will be possible to recycle water used for irrigating trees and grass
on built-up roofs as well as water used for wet floor filtration
systems. Water pollution is removed from the water by biochemical
reactions between plants and bacteria, with the plants absorbing
nitrates and phosphates and the bacteria consuming organic waste.

interior spaces. This increases air velocity within the building and
ensures that the air in the rooms is continuously renewed.
Main Technical Features
• Natural ventilation and passive ground cooling
• Water harvesting system
Main Benefits
• Zero CO2 emissions with reduced local and global impact
• Better living environment (rooms with lower temperatures in
summer and warmer in winter)
• Zero water for cleaning, WC, and irrigation
• Reduced heating and cooling
