Project idea

Designing High Rise, as the most progressive direction of the academic is particularly focused on the use of innovative solutions. For me, high-rise buildings are ideal experimental platform for testing different decisions of the construction of the tallest, the most stable, the cheapest, the lightest, the most efficient or greenest skyscrapers. Our studio mentors give us the challenge to design an energy efficient building.

Project description

The concept of my designed High-rise building is,
The Energy Tree
A skyscraper or High-Rise, when we hear these words we sketch a tall building in our mind. When we look at nature, there’re already skyscrapers exist from decades in the form of trees.
The roots of the high-rise came to collect the activity on the ground &
carry it out in height. They absorb the urban landscape & conversely th
urban space creates them. Thus the basement & ground levels will serve
as a shopping complex which will form an interesting space for people
to sit, hangout, shopping, eating & all other enjoyable things.
From the ground floor, rhythm should be slower. There should be area for relaxation, open to public, gardens which slowly goes up & will merge with the building. As we continue our ascent, we’ll gradually move to private places like owners office & rental offices.

Technical information

I've used two types of energy as my renewable energy source. Firstly, Geothermal power plants use steam to produce electricity. The steam rotates a turbine that activates a generator, which produces electricity. There are three types of geothermal power plants: dry steam, flash steam, and binary cycle. I've picked the binary system for my project.
The supportive renewable source is solar panels which are crystalline. More, details are given.
