Project idea

Environmental concept used: “skin cells”
It is inspired by the needs that the building and its surroundings lack, so skin cells concept was used, due to its similarity with the materials used and produced and displayed in the building, where the skin cells are similar to bricks, stones and rocks. In terms of giving shade and light to the zigzag roof shapes, which reduce the use of electricity and dependence on the natural environment.

Technical information

Building Processing Techniques :-

1- Placing solar panels on the roofs to reduce direct sunlight on the building
2- Making arched openings to provide shade for the building and protect it from the sun's rays on the eastern and southern sides.
3- Making arched openings inside the outer walls and around the windows to avoid sunlight and provide thermal comfort to the building.
4- Creating a water stream in the middle of the area to provide thermal comfort and humidify the atmosphere.
5- Making openings in the ceiling for the passage of air from them and ventilating the roofs of buildings and serving as an air filter.
6- Making a lintel above the ceilings and an air stand to allow air to enter the building and distribute the coldness.
7- Making a bridge between the buildings to shade the corridors and reduce their heat
8- Making wooden shadings on the ceilings to prevent sunlight from passing directly into the building
9- Planting green areas and placing trees in the hottest areas to avoid the sun and at the windows.
