Project idea

Development can be a sign of good social health, prosperity, and individual fulfillment wholistically. Different parameters can measure the development of a country but, economic growth, socio-political stability, and living standard are the crucial ones.

Developing countries are those countries in a hurry for economic development by utilizing their resources because they lag in the race of development and industrialization.
As Ethiopia is among the developing country, it experiences suffering from common attributes like mass poverty, high population growth, low living standards, illiteracy, unemployment, and underutilization of resources lagging in globalization, innovation, economy, and technology in spite of its population and natural resources. There are many factors listed for the underdevelopment of a country but poor-quality education is the major one that can encompass all the given roots of the problem. poor quality education includes a lack of basic infrastructures, weak education curriculum, and unscientific training methodologies of teachers.

Project description

This project mainly focused on the way of teaching with the idea that teachers should understand the behavior and character of the students and engage accordingly to inspire, motivate and create passionate students.
To Achieve the above outputs teachers should master 2 major intelligence
Emotional intelligence:- is the ability to understand students' emotions and act accordingly
mental intelligence:- it includes creativity in teaching, the ability to solve complex problems
in general, 6 major programs are designed to improve both mental and emotional intelligence of the teachers

5 Auditorium
6 Administration

Technical information

The building is constructed from HCB with an exterior finish of white and brown aluminum cladding.
