Project idea

The idea of the project is to design a
multifunctional residential building that meets the needs of its residents. The house blends seamlessly into the surrounding development, is properly landscaped, and meets all the rules of the regulatory documents.

Project description

The building is located in Russia, Kursk. Adjacent to the city street March 8. The building is removed from the urban development and surrounded by cottages. Projected house - sectional, different levels. On the 1 floor are public facilities. The building merges with the surrounding buildings. Roads and paths, as well as many sites provide a high level of comfort for the residents of the house.

Technical information

The project is a multi-storey house and is a skeleton concrete structure. It consists of columns with a cross-section of 400x400 mm. The axial spacing is a grid of 6400x6400 mm. The walls are a three-layer construction of gas blocks, mineral insulation and facing stone slabs. The thickness of the wall 450 mm. The building has 4 sections, each section has an elevator and stairs, which is a fire escape. The first floor is a public room. There are two entrances - from the yard and from the street.
