Project idea

The company values the well being and growth of their employees. They want a vibrant office design that creates opportunities for a connection between the workspace and the users. Also, they require a smart office that allows the experience to be personalised through the use of space and technology.

Project description

CONCEPT
The design creates warm-cosy workspace using subtle and rich colors, bringing a comfortable and enjoyable working environment creating stronger work-culture bonds. Likewise, the design will use natural elements to help improve mood and give a revitalizing interior environment wherein positive spaces are centered on the employees' health and wellbeing.

On the concept diagram shows spaces that are made for interaction, collaboration, innovation, productivity, and recovery of employees. It will help the employee not to have any pressure on the office, enabling them to explore the wide reaches of their creativity and think up genius ideas.

THE RECEPTIONIST AREA
The space is created to give a sense of expertise and professionalism compared to other areas, to evoke the feeling of trustworthiness, efficiency, and competency for the clients. The receptionist desk was designed simple and clean to reflect a smart office that uses hi-tech to help employees work more efficiently and productively. The kidney-bean shape sofa in front of the receptionist desk gives the space a little bit of fun and a vibrant vibe.

THE BREAK-OUT ROOM
The Break-out space is the most flexible area in the office because it does not generally follow a defined purpose. The kidney-bean shape of this area makes it the centre of interest of the office, and the strategic location makes it easy for people to transition into and out of different activities. The blue patterned carpet on the step-up flooring creates a cosy, calm and relaxed atmosphere is the type of environment the employee expects to work in. Both sides built-in sofa encourages and allows employees and visitors to relax. The table and chairs in the middle are designed for employees easily to relocate to flexible workspaces with laptops, use them to make phone calls, or even brainstorm. Most importantly, this space must help companies look after their employees overall well-being can help reduce stress at work whilst increasing creativity and enhancing productivity. Providing space for interaction and collaboration are extremely important for helping to build strong workplace relationships, creative ideas, and productive collaborations.

INFORMAL MEETING ROOM
This space aims to catch-ups, brainstorm sessions, and progress updates on their works. The area does not require the formal language and structure of official minutes. The informal meeting room is casual and fun because it reduces the pressure on space and encourages a more relaxed and collaborative working environment. An informal setting often works better for internal meetings as it allows for more effective collaboration and idea-sharing. The use of orange colour promotes a sense of general wellness and emotional energy that should be shared, such as compassion, passion, and warmth for the employee.

Technical information

Fixed curved wooden partitions are used to show spaces that used for the employee to catch-ups, brainstorm sessions, and progress updates on their works.
