Project idea
The main objective was to design a new apartment block without expanding out of the building line created by the historical objects surrounding the apartment block. That was achieved with irregular oriels, which are in contrast to the rest of the object and to the rest of the block.
Project description
Building site is situated in the center of Prague, near National Boulevard. The object itself is located in the inner courtyard, surrounded by historical buildings.
Technical information
All structures are made of reinforced concrete.
