Project idea

The main idea of the project is based on user's well-being. Post pandemic has lead impacts to users' lifestyle and habits. Thus, the idea is to reconnecting them to workplace, human and nature. The building programmes are focusing on wellness, health and nutrition. Creating spaces and platform for them to meet, work and live. The building also connects to the surrounding context by linking public bicycle route circulates into the podium.

Project description

This project is about designing a post pandemic mixed-use high rise building. The development consist of a 5-storey bicycle-friendly podium, 20-storey office building tower and 14-storey residential tower with home retail amenities.

Technical information

The towers are designed with different structural system in order to provide their specific usage. For example the office tower is using diagrid system to hold up the floor platforms in order to provide flexible spacious interior. While the residential is using grid column system to allocate the columns along walls.
