Project idea

The proposal is to design a post pandemic high rise mixed-use development which include office, SOHO & commercial complex. This proposal aims at imparting experience on reducing building footprints by going vertical in alleviating some of urban sprawl in Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone, Penang, Malaysia. Rethinking the post-pandemic high-rise development should address the new norm of living in vertical cities while re-engaging in a stimulating work environment.


Project description

The design concept is to create an architecture that resurrects and reinterprets a greater workplace community by emphasizing more on public wellness and social health. Creative, open, flexible and greens are the key to achieve these statement.

Technical information

A range of sustainable design features is integrated into the proposal, such as vertical green system, rainwater harvesting system, photovoltaic system, low-e double glazing system and etc.
