Project idea
Residential building with a higher number of storeys. Course project of 4 year. This residential building project was designed for the city of Tashkent. The house has 16 floors with 7 apartments on each floor. Taking into account the high number of storeys of the building, small areas have been designed for every 3 floors, an equipped common area with vegetation and benches. Arches and arched forms are used on the facade and balconies of the house.
Project description
An apartment building has all the necessary conditions for a comfortable home. On the territory of the residential building there is a parking lot, a playground, walking areas and a football field.
Technical information
The house will be designed according to a monolithic system of concrete and reinforcement.
