Project idea

The design idea of this parking lot is focused in horizontal alignment of the building, based on the form of the car itself. The inspiration from the car structure came by dividing it in two main parts ;the upper section with glass referred to the first floor that will be surrounded by windows and the bottom section with closed perspective referred to the closed area isolated by efficient facade .
The division movement came by addressing the location analysis and the concept has raised the demand not to be lifted vertically, but to be organized in a horizontal position. The priority of this part of the concept lays in the opportunity to create the visual space with its wideness that this object offers.
When you look from different perspectives you will observe the differences of this object in each corner. The top of the building is easily adjust with its surrounding environment because of its roof ecological area view that will save the values of environment had before the building observed from an orthographic map.

Project description

Since this project is allocated in the middle of a new residential area which is expected to be a gastronomical space. The parking lot provides parking space to all the people that come from different residences and want to park their cars in a secure and warm environment and to enjoy the lounge bars that this building offers.

Technical information

The building is 4277 m2, and have 4 floors which two of them are projected underground - to not take a lot of space and they provide 120 parking places;
ground floor - that have administration, car shop, car service, auto decor, car wash and security;
first floor - restaurant , bar and sweet bar.
Each floor have atrium that serves as a natural ventilation , toilets and stairs.
