Project idea

Stu, located on the banks of the Danube River, has its own unique charm. This design extracts the two elements of "chemical crystal" and "ship" as the starting point of the overall form, hoping to build a new look.

Project description

As an open communication center for the public, Stu innovation center must shoulder multiple responsibilities. Its audience includes students, teachers, citizens and municipal officials. I hope it can break the traditional layout of the original campus and take a new shape in the original campus, leading people to open and innovation.

8.1 road setting regulations

8.1.1 road width table in the construction base:

1. Width of road in construction base:

The width of single lane shall not be less than 4m;

The width of two lanes shall not be less than 7m;

The width of sidewalk shall not be less than 1.5m.

2. Residential road: the width of red line should not be less than 20m.

Community Road: 6-9M wide;

Width between building control lines: ≥ 14m when heat supply pipeline needs to be laid; When there is no heating pipeline, it is not less than 10m.

Group road: pavement width should not be less than 2.5m.

Width of building control line: when the heating pipeline needs to be laid, it shall be ≥ 10m; When there is no heating pipeline, it is more than 8m.

Path between houses: the road width should not be less than 2.5m.

3. The setting of roads in residential areas shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The width of two car road surface shall not be less than 6m; The pavement width of Zhaiqian road should not be less than 2.5m (each residential unit should have at least one entrance and exit, which can reach motor vehicles).

(2) When the length of the end of road is more than 120m, it should be set at the end of road not less than 12m × 12m return yard.

Note: when the natural terrain slope is greater than 8%, the ground should be divided into platform, and retaining wall or slope protection should be set at the connection of platform.
