Project idea

This project must take into account the local architecture features that are most important in some regions, such as Birjand, Iran. Because of the hot and dry climate in Iran's east, most buildings were designed with introverted features.
It denotes that the rooms are arranged around a central yard. This can provide seasonal places due to a comfortable weather situation and sun direction. At the same time, by shadowing the rooms around it, the yard can be used even in the hot summer months.
Furthermore, there are some rooms that receive sunlight in the winter, which can make any thermal system usable. There is no need to waste fuel, which is a feature that is becoming increasingly important in sustainable architecture design.
On the other hand, some rooms on the other side of the yard do not require a cooling system because they do not receive sunlight.

Project description

According to the previously mentioned ideas, project features are designed from various perspectives:
1. Create a central yard for students so that they can have the best possible situation in open areas during the warm season.
2. Pay close attention to obtaining more and more natural light, particularly for the classrooms located in the project's southeast corner.
3. Adding a glass crust to the Corridors to allow more natural light from the north axis and to present a wider view of the corridors when they are narrow in real life.

Technical information

There are some considerations. Which are presented in this assignment as new technological features. First and foremost, it is related to the gym's roof, which is designed with trusses that can span a long distance without a column. Second, direct your attention to the glass wall of the corridor, which would be shielded by Spider Glazing.
