Project idea

These residential blocks are intended for families, students, and the elderly, planned to meet the optimal basic conditions in favor of everyone who addresses this hybrid complex as a residential shelter over their years of living. Planning and design is done consistently in accordance with urban conditions and standard designs, always with reference to future requirements. With the completion and planning of this complex, "HYBRID HOUSING FOR THREE GENERATIONS", all the requests of the residents are solved by offering maximum comfort and convenience.

Project description

Collective housing has the shape of elongated “I” which is divided into two blocks mirrored with each other, with separate approaches having 4 and 5 apartments, depending on which floor you approach. The ground floor is dedicated to public services.
The L-shaped dormitory (block) accommodates all students, including students with disabilities, newly married, and regular students. The room’s design has been done with special care to avoid the monotony of the rooms, creating different typologies and providing easy access for students, conference guests, and maintenance staff.
The L-shaped Elderly Housing block is intended to accommodate active seniors. The accommodation of the elderly is done in one-bedrooms with personal bathroom, which due to the comfort, convenience and hygiene will serve as the only module of the rooms, standard on all floors.

Technical information
