Project idea

There can be no more proper purpose than that of the architectural interpretation of the archaeological site. Why we say this is that at one time that locality or those ruins were once part of the architecture of that time. The main part will be the display of the history of the locality as well as the benefit of the space around it, with the style of the architecture of the present time. The existing ruins will be displayed there and the possibility of displaying a characteristic space of the city of Prizren will be given. That framework will include other parts such as a hall or space for conferences or discussions and presentations but also the construction of a structure that will highlight the entire archaeological site discovered.

Project description

In conclusion, the approach of this project in the lives of citizens, tourists, experts and professionals will affect the further empowerment of our culture and history. The project will pave the way for greater development in the field of protection of cultural, historical and scientific values of the country, raising it socially. The interaction of architecture with archeology will be noticeable, not forgetting the fact that even that locality was once an early part of the architecture which has survived to the present day. This project will create an architectural space around an archaeological site which will promote it but at the same time will be a kind of protective cover which will not allow its greatest degradation or destruction.

Technical information

The designed structure will be montages and they will create space to move the elements or add more covering space which gives a lot of durability for a long time of use.
