Project idea

Based on the existing problems we professionally accommodate inter-academic collaboration and facilitating public presence as a campus center with a modern concept but still adapting to traditional surroundings. L.T.S.C answers all existing problems through iconic, dynamic, and adaptable building forms to the surrounding environment.

Project description

L.T.S.C is a building project that answers problems through design & spatial planning in buildings. L.T.S.C means :

-Long Term STU Center, where the building design is made solidly & low-maintenance which is expected to last a long time.
-Life to survive the pandemic. Circulation, spatial planning, as well as the health protocol system in the building are also included
-Infill: the building adopts an infill building associative approach through building colors, materials, basic shapes, and windows
-Sustainable: apply open space area, use of solar panels, provision of bicycle paths, etc.
-applying elements of commercial space
-Contemporary: putting furniture, dynamic room design with the use of lines following today's trends

Technical information

The combination of 3 buildings that have different heights and widths that make a dynamic and balance form. These three buildings are combined horizontally in the form of a bridge which is also the main way for the three buildings. Each building has a different function & each floor has a different level of privacy.
