Project idea

The idea of the project is sustainable rehabilitation of deserted green amphitheatre. The Aim is to renovate the identity of the area, trying to reach the goal of creating a place of cultural diversity and the plurality of creative practices and disciplines, a space for creation and research, a common place to meet.

Project description

My project’s inspiration was vernacular architecture, round forms, and regional materials. Regarding the architectural project, we present different spaces, each for different activities. In the middle space I have created a new building, it includes four spaces for musical theater, dance and circus, they are separated from each other. My main intention is to provide the users with a variety of open and closed spaces in response to the program. Also, I thought of working with local materials to promote sustainability and to connect with the place's culture. The New building has a sloped stair, which helps visitors to get to the roof. This space creates new spatial and social relationships.

Technical information

In project I use two main materials concrate and wood . the materials that can be found locally. The building uses skylights on the roof for lighting.
