Project idea

The main idea of the proyect is to use walls as a resource to configurate different scales of spaces which reduce the spacial scale of the large size land where it’s located.
At the same time, it is possible to create spaces between these walls that shelter people who visit the place and protect them from the sun’s rays with shades provided from the walls generate.
The proporsal is to use native materials and labor to encourage the community to be involved in the construction process.
The choosen materials are also great thermal insulator which reduces the electricity consumption.

Project description

A big part of the proyect devolps in ground floor to give more accessibility to the users also because of the big size of the land it isn’t necessary to build a high building.
The proposal is to create recreational spaces around the amphitheatre such as bars, art’s room and a central square with an outdoor stage. Behind the stage are located the dressing rooms and workshops wich have different functions complementary to the stage.
At the same time, the space of Gran Studio, administration and accommodations are integrated with LABO area to create more privacy in a lower scale than the rest of the buildings.
The goal is to provide overhall unity and harmony between all the buildings through walls that create smalls and cozy spaces

Technical information

The covers will be lightweight concrete slabs
