Project idea

The object of reconstruction is the territory of the uapo plant, bounded by streets: Krasina, Zentsov, Aksakov, turning and Dzerzhinsky. The process of rapid aging and dilapidation of production assets leads to the fact that reconstruction becomes important. The city is oversaturated with various shopping centers, and residents lack public spaces and housing stock in the historical center of the city. The purpose of the project is to reconstruct the block and create a comfortable environment for living and spending time in the public area of the projected site.

Project description

Ufa is a major industrial center of Russia. The city is developing rapidly, and it faces the challenges of cultural and business development. The process of rapid aging and dilapidation of production assets, technological lag in basic industries and, most importantly, the degradation of the architectural and artistic appearance of the production environment in modern conditions is particularly rapid. As a result, reconstruction is now becoming important, including because many large cities have already exhausted their territorial reserves and do not have land for construction. Industrial areas located in the center of the city become a powerful resource. Worn-out industrial buildings degrade the appearance of the city and negatively affect the perception of its center.

The block is located in the Leninsky district of Ufa. It is bounded by the streets Krasin, Zentsov, Aksakov,turning and Dzerzhinsky.
