Project idea

In the project, it was aimed to enable the people coming to the urban hotel to get acquainted with the culture of the city in a short time. The fiction of the squares and bazaars near the project area was integrated into the area. It was intended to encounter both the locals and the people coming from the outside in the constructed places.

Project description

In the project, the idea of ​​creating street perception was created by using urban corridors in the city. These corridors were aimed to create orientation for both the city and the outsiders. The green axis of the existing İncilipınar Park was created by maintaining an artificial topography and the surrounding people were asked not to be disturbed by the sound and density due to the border effect. Mass is positioned in the middle area to create street perception.
And building a direction with the effect of a bridge in the upper mass. Bicycle paths coming from the park were included in the project and circulation to the upper elevations was provided with a ramp from the square. Perspectives from different levels were created in semi-open spaces.

Technical information

The project is supported with reinforced concrete carrier system and steel carrier systems in partial areas. The top cover of semi-open spaces is formed by the combination of wood and fabric material. Mesh is used as a sunscreen on the facade of the hotel section and these meshes are used with rail sliding systems.
