Project idea

The idea of this project was to make a Hotel peoples and vehicles together.
And making square next to Istiklal Avenue for local peoples and tourists.

Project description

Construction of Denizli City Hotel and Welcome Center is the main purpose of the project. Besides the hotel function, project aims to contribute to the city and to create a square.
The project is located next to Istiklal Avenue, surrounded by tall buildings. And it constitutes the square between these high-rise buildings. A vertical parking lot was placed in order to produce solutions to the surrounding parking problem and at the same time attract attention for the square. With this translucent mass, it is aimed to highlight the square and become the center of attention in the urban silhouette.

Technical information

Hotel Building desingned as 15x4 meters modular system and Urban Wall desingned as 12x8 meters modular system.
The Hotel and Urban Wall will be made of steel box profiles, glass panels, perforated sun breakers and brick walls.
Urban Wall inculudes vertical vehicle lifts. Top of the Urban Wall 1 meter technical space for vechicle lifts and terasse plants.
