Project idea

It's a design for an apartment building in Okříšky in Czech republic. It has to have 20-25 apartments, barrier free, parking space.

Project description

This is the construction of an apartment building in Okříšky, Jihlavska Street. The floor plan of the object is square and rectangular, respectively, with dimensions of 24.8x22.3 m and 22.3 m respectively. 24.8x24.8m. The entrances to it are from the street of Jihlavska. The main entrance is situated east. The apartment building has 3 above-ground floors and a residential attic. On the 1st floor above ground is the entrance hall, 3 apartment units, a technical room, a stroller with a wheelie and cellar cubicles. 7 apartment units are designed on the 2nd-3rd floor above ground level. There are a total of 21 housing units on the above-ground floors. Housing units are designed from garlands to 5 + 1. The house also features an 1800 x 1900 mm lift, which allows for the transport of immobile people. The capacity of the outdoor parking is up to 26 parking spaces that can be connected to the parking lot to the relevant KD. Designed in modern style, the apartment building is chosen a simple white, clean-acting facade with fully embedded lodges. The facade is complemented by grey accessories (frames of holes, falcon). The choice is a green vegetative roof.

Technical information

The property will house an apartment building with 21 apartment units in the range of 1 + kk, 1 + 1 up to 5 + kk including two mesonet apartments. Two apartments are dealt with for immobile residents, with a staircase and elevator in the house. Access to the house car park is from the southern part of the lot, where it is connected to existing transport and technical infrastructure. The car park has a capacity of 26 parking spaces including two for immobile. The pedestrian entrance is also located from the south side of the lot. The house is a square floor plan. Vertical parts of the house are designed in the POROTHERM system. Horizontal structures - ceilings are partly addressed by Stropsystem from GOLDBECK and partly as monolithic structures. The roof is tackled as a green vegetative, both oblique and flat part. A custodial crow - a saddle roof made of sticky wood. I use the DEK system to design them.
