Project idea

Is to create a distinctive tower future with all services and needs and residential, commercial and administrative space and to emphasize the importance of an urban center specialized in administrative functions and public buildings to provide public services as a city center in an integrated and good way and due to the importance of the location where the center is located and the extent to which it communicates with the city's activities directly and integrated.

Project description

The vision of the project is to create a design where the form
reflects the performance of the building and the context in which it is placed.
The vision thereby challenges the performance of the building concerning daylight condition and energy consumption these elements are integrated in the design from the early phases both in regard to aesthetics and functionality the solution of the design is a sustainable building with low energy use because of the efficient utilization of the function diversities the structural concerns of the building have been active parameters, which are expressed in the plan solutions and in the central atrium.

Technical information

- sustainable design :
With the population growth and the scarcity of land in the inner cities, the average building height is increasing separating living or working places from the ground and placing them in height, solves the scarcity of land in the big cities; but it also separates people from nature and ground on the other hand, high-rise buildings have destructive environmental impacts such as carbon dioxide emission and high-energy consumption one innovative approach to achieve harmonious coexistence between human society and nature is biomimicry. Architects have considered nature as a
great source of inspiration for centuries nature provides creative solutions for human problems biomimicry claims that nature is the most effective source of innovation for designers.

- Passive Solar Heating :
The goal of passive solar heating systems is to capture the suns heat within the buildings elements and to release that heat during periods when the sun is absent, while also maintaining a comfortable room temperature. The two primary elements of passive solar heating are south facingnglass and thermal mass to absorb, store, and distribute heat there are several different approaches to implementing those
elements.

- Façade and opening technology :
Daylight and concurrent are usually the main aspects of façade design.
Façade covers more than 90 to 95 percent of the building's exterior surface area tall building. Thus, the gain of energy or loss of a tall building it relies a lot on the physical and the technology works in the
treatment of the interface. The facades not only offer an aesthetic look and architectural expression of the building, but were usefully used to control the interior and thus the preference was to build openings to the north and south, but they could be better displayed in other areas. In areas where insufficient sunlight is affected, the walls should be closed it
is common to apply two layer of paint, sometimes three layer paint and display with double glazing ventilation with argon filled cavities.
