Project idea

Located in the Cibodas Agrotourism area, Bale Awi serves as a place for the visitors to rest after enjoying a day in the orange field. Bale Awi aims to introduce the community to the use of bamboo for semi-permanent buildings, an abundant material in Indonesia and has a lot of potential both in terms of structural strength and aesthetics. Modeled after a curved orange leaf, its organic shape blends in with the surrounding landscape.

Project description

This building is constructed on 40 m2, surrounded by orange fields and beautiful hills. It provides 2 toilet for public use.
