Project idea

Our inspiration was based on the use of the metaphor relative to the situation of the project (seaside environment), so our inspiration was a combination between the sea shell, sea movement, the waves of the sea, and a drop of water who contains all the shapes

Project description

The concept of the tower is the development of an emerging building represents a landmark in the city of Algiers, where the apartments have an extraordinary sea view. The tower will be the tallest building in Algeria with 157 storeys and with 240m in height, and it provide 176 apartments. Bringing together a dynamic mix of places to work, live and play, because its contain mall, kindergarten, primary school and proximity equipment.
The design of the full development will transform the area into a vibrant urban quarter with a variety of social and civic spaces.
