Idea projektu

Ova hala ima primarnu funkciju velodroma, ali ujedno ovo je i multifunkcionalni objekat. Na ovaj načun objekat je moguće koristiti tokom cele godine za različite sportove, takmičenja i manifestacije. Oblik ove hale proizašao je iz urbanističkog rešavanja lokacije. Ovakav pristup je drugačiji u odnosu na tradicionalno projektovanje, ali na ovakav način ceo sportsko rekreativni centar odiše istom tematikom i čini jednu celinu.Takođe, kao glavni element oblikovanja ove hale jeste i sama konstrukcija. Ona je morala biti promišljena još na početku, kako bi se dobio finalni volumen.

This hall has the primary function of the velodrome, but it is also a multifunctional object. In this way, the facility can be used throughout the year for various sports, competitions and events. The shape of this hall originated from the urban planning of the site. This approach is different in relation to traditional design, but in this way, the whole sports and recreational center reflects the same theme and makes one whole. Also, the construction itself is the main element of the design of this hall. It had to be thought from the beginning to get a final volume.

Popis projektu

Unutrašnju organizaciju ovog objekta diktirala je sama velodromska pista. Ova pista ima dužinu od 250m i koristi se za sve vrste biciklističkih velodromskih takmičenja. Kako je dimenzija ove piste nepromenljiva, oko nje su se formirale funkcionalne celine potrebne za ovakvu građevinu.
Prizemlje je prvo podeljeno na glavne/osnovne zone, koje su se posle detaljno razresavale.
Zona 1 - glavni ulazi/prostori za posetioce koji se nalazi simetrično na krajevima objekta, i koji su vizuelno uočljiviji jer se na tim mestima nalaze oslonci glavnih konstruktivnih elemenata korva (hiperboloidne grede);
Zona 2 - komercijalni prostor koji je okrenut ka Bloku 71 i na taj način bliži naseljenom delu lokacije;
Zona 3 - poslovni deo-deo sa kancelarijama upravljačkog tima koji vodi objekat
Zona 4 - deo za sportiste-prostori sa svlačionica, kupatilima, prostorima za odmor...
Zona 5 - deo za zaposlene koji održavaju objekat
Zona 6 - ostave i tehničke prostorije

The internal organization of this facility was dictated by the Velodrome runway itself. This runway has a length of 250m and is used for all kinds of bicycle racing events. As the dimension of this runway is unalterable, the functional units necessary for such a building have been formed around it.
The ground was first divided into the main / basic zones, which were after a detailed breakdown.
Zone 1 - the main entrances / spaces for visitors that are symmetrical at the ends of the building, and which are visually noticeable because of supports of the main structural elements of the roof (hyperboloid beams);
Zone 2 - commercial space that is facing Block 71 and in this way closer to the populated part of the location;
Zone 3 - business part - with offices of the management team that runs the building
Zone 4 - part for athletes-rooms with changing rooms, bathrooms, rest areas ...
Zone 5 - a part for employees who maintain the facility
Zone 6 - storage rooms and technical rooms

Technické informace

Kako bi ovaj idejni projekat bio detaljno razrađen, pored osnova svih etaža, preseka i izgleda, urađeni su i karakteristični detalji.

In order for this preliminary design to be elaborated in detail, besides the basics of all floors, sections and layouts, typical details were made.
