Idea projektu

The idea of this project is to preserve the historical panorama of the city of St. Petersburg. The building has an unusual shape with large cantilevered outriggers, which allows you to maintain a view of Smolny Cathedral, located on the opposite bank of the Neva River.

Popis projektu

The project includes housing, a kindergarten, shops, a gym and office space. The building has different types of apartments, including two-storey apartments with private access to the terrace.

Technické informace

The structure is made of natural materials and enclosed structures, so that there is no heavy load in areas with maximum cantilever extension. Thickened ceilings are also used in the corner sections.
