Idea projektu

The idea of ​​the project is to achieve aesthetics and functionality at the same time, since I believe in the rule that everything of genius is simple, but not everything simple is of genius. Also, the embassy should be a safe place and I wanted the project to look like such a place. The work is designed in the style of minimalism, but at the same time it does not lose its sophistication in the interior and most importantly this project can be realized.

SITE PLAN
All buildings are located on the master plan, separately from each other, as they denote different areas, as well as at a proper distance from the fence, to guarantee the safety of the workers and visitors of the embassy.
On the plot territory, there is a lot of space for planting trees, which provides a comfortable atmosphere for a walk in the garden.
BUILDINGS
All buildings are designed to protect against the scorching sun. Each balcony or terrace has a visor.
In those places where the visor is missing, it is possible to install a carport or umbrellas.
INTERIOR
Flooring in representive spaces is a wooden parquet. In offices, flooring is a tile.

Technické informace

Constructive system of all buildings is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Filling can be made in the form of a brick or aerated concrete blocks. Section of the column - 400 x 400 mm. Monolithic overlap - 200 mm. Exterior finish is made in the form of colored plaster and concrete imitation.
