This project is a second life for the historical building, as well as a new place to relax and have a good time. The main idea is to connect with the nearest greenhouse by creating drinks from plants that grow in it

This project consists of various recreation areas. The main area is a bar and a stage where visitors can taste exclusive drinks, as well as enjoy the performance of a modern performer or comedian. There are also various recreation areas in the project: a billiard room, a table games area, a balcony and much more. All these zones will help you relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and have a good time with friends
